Join the AK Cookbook Club


I’m SO excited to have you join the brand new AK Cookbook Club! So… what is it?!

On the first Wednesday of each month I’ll announce a brand new cookbook recipe that we’ll all get to make during the month. No meals are off-limits, so get ready to cook and bake every month for an entire year! Think of it as a fun little challenge you can do with family & friends, or solo (because you’re ambitious like that!) We’ll do cooking demos and giveaways along the way, too!

THIS MONTH ONLY if you sign up for the AK Cookbook Club you’ll automatically be entered to win an incredible holiday prize bundle filled with the perfect gifts for loved ones (and yourself!). Here’s how to join the AK Cookbook Club:

STEP 1: Sign up for the AK Cookbook Club below to be entered into our holiday giveaway, AND to get the recipe announcement each month:

STEP 2: You’ll need a copy of The Ambitious Kitchen Cookbook in order to make the recipe (we won’t be sharing it on the blog!) Grab your copy HERE if you don’t already have it!

STEP 3: Make the AK Cookbook Club recipe anytime during the month, then share a photo or video of your creations on Instagram (in-feed or stories), in our Facebook Group, and/or email the photo to abra@ambitiouskitchen with the hashtag #AKCookbookClub

November’s recipe: Tahini Pumpkin Cake with Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Everyone turn to page 274 of my cookbook and feast your eyes on my absolute FAVORITE CAKE EVER! It’s truly the perfect dessert for your holiday table, and such a great change-up from traditional pumpkin pie. This cake:

  • Is gluten-free and made with a mix of almond flour and oat flour
  • Can easily be made dairy-free with your fav DF yogurt and DF butter
  • Packs a full can of pumpkin puree and lots of pumpkin pie spices
  • Gets topped with the most luscious frosting that you’ll want to add to all of your fav desserts
