The directions are very forgiving – I forgot to put the peanut butter in until the very end – 😳 it still worked great. Hi Ashley! I have a section within the blog posts for all suggested substitutions. I haven’t tested these with a gluten free flour, so I’d suggest trying my Grain Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies instead. I noticed a reader left a comment using a 1:1 gluten free all purpose flour as well, so you could give that a shot, too, and let me know how it goes.
