Method
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sweetener, protein and coconut flour until well
blended.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 6Ă—6 inch pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together and stir smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with candy pieces. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and cut into 16 squares.
- Chill the squares for a couple hours before serving.
